The house boasts spacious, light-filled living areas designed to combine comfort and conviviality. The living room is a real living space: you can organize movie nights with the video projector, enjoy a more intimate moment around the vinyl turntable, or keep up your exercise routine with the treadmill at your disposal.
The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area, making it easy to share everyday moments in a modern, functional atmosphere.
On the night side, the villa features five harmoniously distributed spaces. On the first floor, an area with a comfortable sofa bed offers a flexible solution, ideal for avoiding the stairs if necessary. Upstairs, you'll find a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a double bedroom, two children's bedrooms with single beds and a second independent shower room. So everyone can have their privacy and still be together.
Hotel-quality bed linen and towels are included. Pool towels can also be provided on request.
Outside, the private pool naturally becomes the heart of sunny days. Sun loungers are available to make the most of those relaxing moments. A terrace with summer kitchen invites you to dine al fresco, while a second terrace with garden furniture extends evenings in a convivial atmosphere.
Bicycles are available, including a cargo bike that's particularly convenient for families, so you can easily reach the city center and enjoy La Rochelle the local way.
Last but not least, the property offers parking for three vehicles on the plot, a rare asset close to the center.

Villa Éléonore is located in a quiet, family-friendly residential environment. To preserve the quality of the neighborhood, parties and events are not permitted.
The swimming pool is accessible throughout your stay. For safety reasons, travelers are solely responsible for supervising their children.
Bed linen and towels are included and offered in hotel quality. Pool towels can be provided on request.
For families traveling with young children, a high chair and cot can be provided on request.
The maximum capacity is 8 guests and cannot be exceeded.
The villa is available for weekly rental during August.
